About Us
Kowloon Electrical ENGineering (KEENG) was established in 2006 as an engineering firm specializing in Intelligent Parking Assist and Blind Spot Warning Systems.
Headquartered in Kowloon - Hong Kong, KEENG established its first R&D unit in Bangalore - India, bringing a contemporary approach to infotainment and preventive safety in automotive applications, and played a pioneering role in establishing the Automotive Safety Integrity Levels (ASILs), which are used to specify safety requirements based on risk classes.
KEENG established its second R&D unit in 2010, focusing on IoT and IIoT applications, and was determined to stretch the pertinence of connected devices into our everyday world.
Till 2015, KEENG relied on a network of contract manufacturers and EMS partners for its complex and serial manufacturing. Since then, the company has been acquiring and operating its own production lines in the Mainland PRC, allowing prevailing control over production processes and quality. Today, KEENG technologies and solutions are embedded in leading IoT and Automotive firms, contributing to a smarter, safer, better-connected planet.
